1. What do you think of your classes so far? Explain. I like my classes. I only have four classes and the rest i have off campus. I come in late and and leave early. So the day goes by faster.

 

2. Which class is your favorite? Explain.

My favorite class in probably this one one because its the most creative class i have all day. And probably the most laid back one. The rest are all very mono tone and repetitive. So i get bored pretty easy.

 

3. Was building your website hard or easy? Explain why? At first it was hard because i couldn't log in. But i found my password and then from there i just kept it simple just like last year. and went with all white and with black details so the pictures will look brighter.

 

5. Tell me about the coolest photo you have taken so far. Over the summer i took lots of photos on my phone, The coolest one i have is of a close up of a lighter flame and your can see the different colors. Starting from the bottom to the top.

 

6. What style of photography are you interested in? Why? Explain. I don't have a set style that i love. As long as its a creative challenge or at least interesting.

 

7. What do you plan to do over Labor Day weekend? Explain. I have to work saturday and sunday so probably nothing and on Monday i don't have anything planed so ill probably just wing it.

Blur Motion Before Questions: 

1. What is blur motion? (In your own words, not what I gave you above) Explain.

Blur motion is when you adjust the shuttter speed to be a longer time. S o you can take photos of a person moving and get the full movement. 

 

2. What all do you need to create a blur motion image? Explain.

A camera and a model  to make a fast movements.   

 

3. What is your subject going to be? What will it be doing? Explain.

Class models and maybe other tings like bird something that flys through the air. 

 

4. What do you adjust in the camera to get a blur  motion image work? Explain.

You adjust the shutter speed.

1. What is the image of? Describe it in detail. it is suppose to be of a a tracker holding up a cloud. 

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain.It is suppose to look like the tracker is either holding up the cloud or that it is catching it. 

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain. i would say that this forced perspective image is done by luck. i don't think that this one was planned. 

4. How would you have created it? Explain. i would have created it by adjusting the camera and then just have just let it happen. 

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain.

the line of sight was beneficial because it helped create the illusion. The depth of field  was spot on nothing had to be out of focused and nothing was blurry. 

1. What is the image of? Describe it in detail. the image is of a women in a dress and her  skirt is the rose. 

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain. the image use forced perspective because it gives the illusion that the rose is her skirt. 

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain. By lining her up with the rose and then having he put her arms above her head. 

4. How would you have created it? Explain.I would have done the same thing. 

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain. The line of sight helped make the image look realistic. the depth of field were they put the rose more in focus then her was what gave the illusion. 

1. What is the image of? Describe it in detail. The image is of a man thats shoes are way to big for his body.

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain.this image uses forced perspective because they positioned the body further back and the shoes more forward. to appear as though the feet are way bigger than the body. 

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain. positioning the body further back and the shoes more forward. 

4. How would you have created it? Explain. the same way. 

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain. The line of sight  allowed for the feet to look larger and the worms eye view really helps. The depth of field allows for the image to look larger.

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain.by making it appear like the rainbow goes straight into her mouth. 

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain. They created this image by luck.

i would have done the same thing.

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain. the line of sight allows for the image to look realistic and the depth of field also makes the image look more realistic.

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain. The skirt of her dress is a flower.

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain. by lining her up with the flower and have dance to look like her skirt was twirling.

4. How would you have created it? Explain. i would've done the same thing.

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain. the line of sight les the image look more realistic. and the depth of field gives the image  more symmetrical look so it lines up.

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain. i think that this image was pure of the moment it was luck.

i would have done the same thing.

1. What kind of still life are you think about creating? Explain. I think that i am going to create a mix of sad and uplifting stills. I think that I'm going to play with flowers and lights mostly.

2. What items are you going to need to bring to make it happen? Explain. Fake flowers and pretty tings like diamonds jewelry, and sparely things. 

3. How do you think lighting is going to work for you? Explain set up. I think that if we get to use the colored lights like maybe blue red and pink it will kay the photos more interesting to look at. 

4. Is your still life going to be contemporary  or traditional in appearances? Explain. i think that am going to do a mix of contemporary  and tradition just to mix it up and keep it interesting. 

5. Is your still life based of something like a theme from a book? Explain. No I'm honestly just going to wing it i have few ideas but i think i might alter them as i go along. 

6. Talk about why you picked the 20 images (each of them) of still life you picked. Explain.

Journal #3 Forced Perspective

I picked this image because  i like the contest of he yellow power on the black background. 

 I picked this image of buddha head because of  the angle its taken it s something different compared to it being shot start on.

 I picked this image of a beat up pair of vans  that have seen better days because i thought it was a simple yet creative. 

 I picked this images of a few very small sunflowers in a vase  beaus i like the color and how they are all different back blue and yellow but they all blend together very well.

 I picked this image  because not only was it a film still it was also a forced perspective and i thought it was was pretty. 

I picked this image of a skull with flower in it mouth because i liked the colors. 

I picked a key chain with a camera on it  and i thought it was cute.

 I picked this image of sunglasses because i was drawn in by the colors the blues, purples, and pinks. And i thought it was different. 

I picked this image of  skate high because i thought that they looked cool because they are dirty and it was something different

 I picked this photo because it was simple and i thought t would be easy to mimic while still putting my own twist on it. 

 chose this photo because it was simple and i thought i could tacit and use it for my own inspiration. 

I chose this photo because like the colors in it the yellow green and black all complemented each of very well. 

I chose this photo because it was a very simple phot that still has a to of meaning to it 

I chose this photo because it was different then all the rest of the "lipstick" film still. 

I chose this image  of boxing glove because i like the way the red looked next to the black back ground

 I chose this photo because of how the lights  looked in the background  with the candle burning. 

I chose this image of the Christmas lights on the wood  it was simple but till pretty and i thought t would b easy to mimic It. 

 I chose this image of the buddha head because i thought it was pretty with the smoke going and the colors mixed well together.

I chose this image because i liked how theres allotting on in the picture but is not to much. I picked it mostly because of the clipping in the back. 

I chose this photo of a converse all bet up because you can tell the person who wore them went every were in them and it kind of looks like it has a lot of stores to tell.
